In the heart of the COVID pandemic, love found its way to Andrea and Bob from Lake Cowichan. Having tied the knot in an intimate ceremony, the couple decided to celebrate their union by capturing the warmth and joy of their newfound commitment through a family portrait session.

Lake Cowichan in the fall is known for rain, so on a day blessed with a reprieve from rain, we bundled up and ventured down to the river, where nature's palette of autumn colors painted a breathtaking backdrop. Andrea and Bob's love for each other radiated against the scenic beauty of Lake Cowichan.

Despite the brisk weather causing a few red noses, the portrait session was filled with laughter and camaraderie. As we clicked away, freezing those precious moments in time, it became more than just a photography session; it was a celebration of love, resilience, and the unyielding spirit that binds two souls together.

The resulting images capture the essence of their love story, creating a visual narrative of their journey through these challenging times. As Christmas approaches, Andrea and Bob eagerly anticipate sharing these heartwarming portraits with their family—a testament to the enduring power of love, even in the face of a global pandemic.
