Session Information

Your portrait session is more than just a photoshoot—it’s the start of something truly special. The session fee is $495 which includes a $300 print credit, a personalized planning call, a session in studio or on location, and a reveal session where you’ll see 35-45 of your portraits for the first time and choose your favorite images from the session.

Prints and digital files are sold separately, with Portfolio Boxes & Albums starting at $1,295 and luxury wall art beginning at $500. Most clients invest between $1,000 and $5,000, but there’s no pressure, no hard sell—only the images you love and want to cherish forever.

Your session fee is due at booking, but you won’t have to make any artwork decisions until you see your final portraits.

Captured my pup perfectly!

Kim did a wonderful job photographing me and my puppy. She was fun and easy to work with and it is very clear she cares deeply about dogs. is there a cost or session fee?: Yes, there is a $495 session fee which covers the photo session and a $300 product credit. This includes a consultation to design and collaborate your session prep guides and gallery preparation, where you will be presented 35 or more images to choose from to create your collection or signature wall art.
can I be in the pictures with my pet?: Of course, I would be honoured! I completely understand the unique bond you have with your pet and would love to create some beautiful memories of you together.
my pet failed obedience class, what can I do?: Many of my images are captured with pets on leash and the safety of your pet and others is my top priority. Leashes are removed from the images in post-processing. If you have a dog reactive fur friend, it may be best to book one of my Boutique Sessions so that we can limit distractions and other dogs. Please contact me to discuss.
how much should I expect to spend on my session?: Your total investment depends on the collection or wall art we are creating for you. On average, a client spends between $1000- $5000. However there are budget options as well. Typically clients spend $1995 on collections and wall art.
do you sell individual prints?: Yes, you can purchase an individual portrait or a single digital file, however most clients lean towards collections which include portraits and digital files.
only need 1 or 2 photos, do you offer mini-sessions?: I offer Christmas Mini Sessions in November in studio with a classic backdrop and just in time for holidays.
