  • Entrants must have availability to book the photography session within the following 3 months
  • Sessions cannot be combined with any other gift certificate, promotion or special offer
  • Entrants must be 19 years of age or older to enter
  • By entering this competition, you are giving consent to receive emails from Kim Yanick Portraits.

- DIGITAL PAINTED PORTRAITS CONTEST -

  1. Entries close at midnight on the last day of the corresponding month.
  2. The chosen winner cannot substitute the iPhone submission to be painted unless requested by the Kim Yanick Portraits
  3. Digital Painted Portraits cannot be combined with any other gift certificate, promotion or special offer.
  4. No part of the Digital Painted Portraits offer can be transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
  5. You must be 19 years of age or older to enter.

-GIFT CERTIFICATES -

  1. Gift Certificates must be validated within 30 days of receipt. Contact me with your name, phone number & email address to validate. 
  2. Gift Certificates are subject to session times and availability and should be booked early to avoid disappointment.
  3. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be partially or fully redeemed for cash.
  4. Gift Certificates cannot be split between people or sessions and are only valid for one session.
  5. Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of use.
  7. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without a receipt.
  8. Your session must be booked within 1 year of purchase or receipt.
  9. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous photography session.
  10. All ordered photographs are permanently backed up and stored. Unordered images will not be retained.
  11. Kim Yanick Portraits reserves the right to refuse service at any time

- BREED OF THE MONTH COMPETITION -

  1. Entries close at midnight on the last day of the corresponding month.
  2. To take advantage of the offer the entrant must have availability the following 2 months to book the photography session.
  3. All photography sessions will take place within 40km of Lake Cowichan, BC, at a mutually agreed upon location.
  4. Breed of the Month sessions cannot be combined with any other gift certificate, promotion or special offer.
  5. No part of the Breed of the Month offer can be transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
  6. You must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
