A Perfect Morning with the Pratt Family: A Portrait Session to Remember

Imagine this: a beautiful early morning, a scenic trail in Duncan, and the lovely Pratt family ready for their portrait session. The trail, which led to a stunning farmhouse and picturesque drive, was glowing with the most magical light. It was the perfect setting for an hour filled with laughter, stories, and, of course, some amazing photos.

This session was a sweet gift from Kevin to his mom, Karla. And guess what? Karla’s mum, Gloria, joined in the fun too! Both Karla and Gloria were a bit camera-shy at first, but as we walked and talked, they started to relax and enjoy themselves.

Now, let me tell you about Gloria. She’s usually not a fan of having her photo taken, but she absolutely rocked this session. One of my favorite moments was capturing her natural smile as she posed by a charming fence. Kevin (her grandson) adored these photos the most, and honestly, it’s easy to see why. Gloria’s genuine happiness shone through, and the portraits turned out beautifully.

After our session, we had a blast during the reveal. Seeing the Pratt family relive the outing and marvel at their portraits and the session was such a joy. The glowing morning light and the stunning location made it extra special.

Portrait photography is all about capturing those genuine, heartfelt moments that show the true bond of a family. The Pratt family’s session was a perfect example of how a little time together in a beautiful setting can result in cherished memories and stunning photos.
